Cinnamon Fruit Plate
Good for dessert or even breakfast! Serves 2 or 3.
- 3 or 4 fruits (shown: pear, banana, 5 strawberries, 12 grapes)
- 1/2 lemon, juice and pulp
- 1 tbsp oil, unprocessed (olive, sunflower, cod liver, etc.)
- 2 tbsp raw agave nectar or honey
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- Whipped cream (optional)
Cut up all the fruit into bite-size or smaller pieces and mix in a large bowl. The specific fruit mix doesn't matter too much, but try to use different colors for eye appeal.
Mix the oil, lemon juice, and agave nectar in a separate bowl, then pour onto the fruit. Mix well.
Serve on saucers with spoons. Garnish with cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream.
